Soy sauce


A low sodium soy sauce!? Initially it seemed like a oxymoron. Why use soy sauce if not for the flavour? Then it occurred to me that colouring plays and important role in our like and dislike of any food item. We associate taste to colour. Reduce sodium intake shouldn't equal to a reduction in appeal and taste.


Kung Fu soy sauce!? Add some kick or punch in cooking has never been this easy!

Ha! This is awesome. Was this in Richmond? I think I have some low sodium soya sauce in our fridge. Not much difference, really.
