This is probably one of, if not the, oldest outside mall in the Lower Mainland. It has seen better day. The next few years will be interesting for this mall since the new Evergreen rapid transit system will pass by with a station at or near its northern corner. The owner will have some hard decisions to make. Upgrade will happen. The question is in what form, a complete rebuild or a reconfiguration. After seeing the benefits of having a rapid transit station close by the owner will want the station to incorporate the station into the modernization plan.

This isn't that strip mall where the very young kid was killed when a car made impact with him, right?
No, not that I'm aware of.
