Saw a couple bags of grass cuttings seating on the curb after the recent weekly refuge pickup. On one bag is a green sticker. Being the nosy type, I went over to have a look.
Apparently these bags are deemed too heavy. So much for buying the bigger bags. Same goes for using the blower's mulch feature.
I really like the second reason "Bag is not clear". How do they know it is garden clippings or grass if the bag is not clear? X-ray vision, perhaps?
