Hot water tank
Speak of great timing. On New Year's Eve, at about 6 PM, we had no hot water. The pilot light in the gas hot water tank went out. After more than half-a-dozen tries without any joy we decided professional help was needed. On the day after New Year a technician came by and changed the thermocouple. Took him less than 10 minutes. Let's not talk about the service charge and ruin the holiday mood.
