In the morning rain

Saw the flashing lights from a distance. Initial reaction was a b&e at the mall on the street corner. As it turned out it was 3 cruisers boxed a car in between the first and second. Didn't see the driver in the car. Could be inside one of the cruisers. The RCMP did held a conference by the side of the first patrol car.
