Longer hours

Don't you love those spin doctors? I mean anybody who had ever visited a TD bank since the merger with Canada Trust can understand why TD needs the longer hours. Otherwise they would've tell their customers to come back another day. Many branches seem to have a perpetual shortage of tellers.
