I heard from someone they're going to change Granville Island into a space for housing. Townhouses and the like. I don't think it's true? That would suck if it was.
I think it is too successful as a commercial entity for this to happen. Besides don't think Ocean has any desire to vacate their current site which gives it easy access to downtown Vancouver.
